RETURNS

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

Please ship your item within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns after this period. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

We strive to deliver it as soon as possible. However, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details on the estimated delivery times for different regions and countries.

Wrong Address:

To avoid delays and extra costs, please make sure you provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order. If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an insufficient address, they will return it to our facility.We will contact you to confirm an updated address before we can re-ship your items.You will be responsible for paying the reshipment costs, which may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

Unclaimed:

If your shipment is not claimed by you or someone authorized by you within the specified time frame, it will be returned to our facility by the carrier. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the order to your address.

Customs Fees:

Depending on the destination country, customers are responsible for paying the custom fee to the relevant authorities or agents before receiving their goods. Custom fee is not included in the shipping cost or the product price that you pay to us.To avoid any unexpected charges or delays, please check the custom policies and regulations of your destination country before placing your order.

Important Information:

We kindly ask you to refrain from placing ‘Buy to Try’ orders or returns. This means ordering multiple charms and then returning the ones you don’t want. As a small business, we have limited resources and inventory to handle such requests. However, we are happy to assist you via email and pictures to make your shopping experience easier, if you wish with the return process.
